I just wanted to say that I saw Richard's show in my hometown in December. It was one of the best shows I have EVER SEEN! Richard and his crew stayed at my house and we made dinner for them. All I can say is that Stefi Sanev, his manager, and Micheal Lavine, his musical director, are also as wonderful as Richard. I hope to see them soon! Seth Finkle

Razzle-Dazzle is Richard's Middle Name! WOW, wear your sun glasses in his/her presence or the brilliance will blind you. No less spectacular is the glittering wit in flowing repartee! Star-Quality personified! Skipper and Dana Lorge are a Team!....The Dolly Sisters revisited.......

Richard, I'd been trying to get to one of your shows at the TRIAD for many weeks. Having my friend, Leslie Orofino, in your last cast, provided the extra push (it's a long way back to Darien at night)! It was a great show and all of your guests did a wonderful job! You, my friend, are the talented and generous spirit that enable them to shine. In so doing you elevate yourself as well. Would that other "celebrities, hosts, stars!!!!, show biz types took a lesson from YOU! Look forward to having you as MY guest on "AT THE RITZ! on www.wvof.org!

Hi Richard, I love your show, your quick and witty reply's to your audience without embarrassing them. You're a master of the moment never loosing your character. You're a pro. You even held my hand last night as you did sometime ago at DON'T TELL MAMAS. I am a friend of Dana Lorge, a cabaret singer, an ex B'way Gypsy, and a full time celebrity hairdresser. Good luck and health to you. cheers, Joey

Having seen and met Carol Channing several times (in fact, my grandmother used to babysit for her), I've got to say you're uncanny. It's like watching Harvey Fierstein as a mother in HAIRSPRAY. When I attended your show--after a few moments--it was like seeing the genuine article .

You are the quintessential entertainer. It's hard to believe, Richard, that you have acquired at your young age, the poise, the creativity, and the spontaneity that many performers take a lifetime to achieve. I was truly amazed by your quick wit as you conducted interviews with your guest artists. In addition to being a fine actor and great impersonator you displayed superior brain power. I would like to see you have your own talk show on TV. Sponsors would be wise to seek you out.

Oh,Richard, As many times as I've seen and heard Carol, I am still in awe of your power to channel her. And this delightful Cavalcade she is hosting at the Triad made me see, almost as if it were really happening, a late night TV show with Ms. Channing bringing on fabulous performers, telling anecdotes about her(Carol's)life, creating, for a vast, hungry TV audience a "wonderful new world, that has such people in it." You and Carol would give us a new TV reality--talent.

What you do is not impersonation, it is some magical form of transformation! The love, charm and warmth in your singing and your humor is not just Carol's but yours as well. I glow in your company!

Richard, I have had the pleasure of seeing " An Evening with Carol Channing" and more recently, "Carol's Cabaret Cavalcade". First off, your love and admiration for this Broadway legend is truly heart felt and endearing . Rather then merely a cheap impersonation (of Miss Channing) the audience is treated to a flawless and realistic portrayal and that ain't easy! Aside from being entertaining, it is a show based on respect and admiration. Major Kudos! The show at the Triad, "Carol's Cabaret Cavalcade" was a great deal of fun. I attended the February 25th performance and in particular Linda and Helen were my favorites of that evenings line-up, although each of Carol's guests were delightful. My only let down was not catching one of Carol's "best friends" during the finale! Again, Kudos on a top notch performance!

It was a joy and a pleasure to see you and your show at MetroStage and to introduce yet another friend to your special gift. Truly enjoy your work. Love to watch you listen to the audience, process the information and make everyone feel important because it's obvious that you do HEAR them. You make the entire audience, even the ones not chosen, feel special just being in your presence. Thanks! Love, Ciao, Bev C
