This Monday, 12-9-02, I was blessed with an invitation to perform at the Richmond-Ermitt Aids Foundation Christmas Party fundraiser and among our many guests was the bright and shining star...Carol Channing, herself. To my great delight, she sang Hello Dolly to the room while my colleague Houston Allred and myself played for her. In my conversation with her I mentioned Richard's performance and she said "I love him, he's the best" and said what fun they had at the Gay Men's Chorus Show.
