A BRIEF WELCOME FROM RICHARD SKIPPER
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my website! I'm very excited about the direction my career has been going in this year and for all the support I have been getting from my audiences & critics alike! With autumn's icy fingers reaching out to clutch us in their cold embrace, I'm thrilled to warm the cockles of your hearts with my brand new show, "AN EVENING WITH CAROL CHANNING".
Some very exciting things are happening over the next three months! My new show continues to run at DON'T TELL MAMA in New York City (this show IS available for booking!). My goal is to transport THIS show to casinos, cruise ships, and most importantly, theatres! We took the show to The Ice Palace on Fire Island AND broke an attendance record! We have expanded the show! Directed by Thomas Morrisey, Choreographed by Shannon Evans, special material by Jeff Matson, Musical Directed by the INCREDIBLE David Maiocco, AND featuring two great dancer/singers, Jon Kowalski & Luke Rawlings. The show continues to play on Friday nights (August 18th & 25th, September 1st & 22nd, & October 13th! (If you go to my guest book, you'll be able to read what others have said about the show! Don't forget to do the same after you see the show!)
September, you can catch me in Plantsfield, Ct., back at THE PLUSH ROOM in San Francisco (We're ALMOST SOLD OUT! Thank you, Bruce Phillips & SF!), then back to the east coast for three nights in Randolph, Mass.
October will find me at THE SIGNATURE THEATRE in Washington DC (Thank you Judy Simmons!) and CASINO WINDSOR in Windsor, Ontario (making my Canadian debut!)
I hope that you enjoy your visit here at my website! Glen Charlow (my web designer) and I want you to have a most enjoyable experience! Please drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with any comments and/or suggestions on how this website can better serve you! Check back soon to see what's happening! Enjoy! Richard Skipper
