Richard Skipper's 4 Step Model
My clients engage in these sessions from the comfort of their homes. The initial consultation is conducted over the phone. (No charge for this).
1. INTAKE
We'll talk for 25 minutes and I'll ask you pointed questions that will get me the information I need to personalize my services to meet your unique situation.
2. COUNSELING
In two sessions, I will help you, investigate your professional strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, your current situation, and bring focus to YOUR self-directed career DEVELOPMENT, thus helping you make THE best-and highly individualized decisions possible.
3. COACHING
This phase, usually three sessions in length, helps you design and execute, your career plan. It includes strategy, documentation (such as your press kit), web site, conducting a search, networking, and interviewing skills.
4. FOLLOW-UP
Upon completion of the coaching process, we will schedule follow-up calls over the following weeks to help ensure your success. We might recommend some additional counseling and coaching sessions.

INTRODUCING RICHARD SKIPPER
Two-time Mac Award, Bistro Award and DiVinci Award winner Richard Skipper has been wowing audiences across the United States and Canada, from sold-out shows at Carnegie Hall in New York to the Palladium in St. Petersburg, FL, with his reverent, charming and sophisticated turn as Carol Channing in "An Evening with Carol Channing Starring Richard Skipper".
Richard has also shared the stage with the "other" Carol Channing in San Francisco, with the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. Prior to "channeling Carol" Richard enthralled audiences as Judy Garland, and Ethel Merman respectively. He has performed in such venues as Trump's Taj Mahal, and The Hilton in Atlantic City, the Ice Palace in Fire Island, Westchester Broadway Theater, The New Crown and Anchor in Provincetown, and Casino Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.
Richard has performed at Le Cirque for Cindy Adams, as well as numerous other times for Cindy Adams at public and private functions alike. At the request of Arlene Dahl, Richard did a special performance as Carol at The Regent for the "other" Ms. Channing. He has also been a guest star in "The Impersonators" with Jamie Deroy at the Friar's Club, into which he was recently inducted.
Richard often donates his time for benefit performances, and fundraisers including TOPA, TeddyCares, Broadway Fights Aids and Presbyterian Camp.
